To bring the body and soul back…

to their natural functioning, we must treat all the organs, levels and systems in a complex way, helping you to become aware of and solve your hidden problems, curing many seemingly incurable diseases. This is what we do at the Longevity Center founded by Dr. Nonna Brenner in the southern Austrian Alps at the bank of the astonishingly beautiful lake Fuschlsee.

The only possibility for a sustained recovery that involves both body and mind is the power of self-healing. This is what the philosophy of traditional practices is based on. The basic idea of the center is to bring together a wide range of therapies to activate this self-healing process and make complete healing possible.

The Aim

is not a short-term cure of symptomatic pain that manifests in particular places in the body, but to help the body unleash its own, deeper regenerative power. a power that can only be truly tapped, according to Dr. Brenner, by reaching the deeper levels of one's soul, and the places within our mind that our consciousness chooses to dwell on. This introspective energy and soul work is buttressed by the Center's team of experts who give careful, tailored attention to every other aspect of mind and body. it usually includes a combination of deep tissue vibrational massage based on Taoist principles, one-on-one workout sessions in the fully-equipped gym with a personal trainer, and consultations with physical therapists. There is also a large traditional sauna with plunge pools, and on the other end of the temperature spectrum, state of the art full-body cryotherapy chambers that can quickly plunge to minus 240 degrees Fahrenheit. Another device, the "nanocabin," infuses microscopic particles of Dead Sea salts, hyaluronic acid, and homeopathic tinctures to treat the skin.

Further aiding the classic cleansing and detox options here, the Center also has an lyashi Dôme Bed, a special infrared sauna developed by Japanese doctors to help people who suffered from radiation poisoning after the dropping of the atomic bomb on Hiroshima.
